Jesus and his crew did a great job. Started early each day. Worked hard, kept me informed of the progress of the job.

When you need foundation work done check for these things: - prior foundation work done on your house - ask the representative who comes in and takes the level readings how far off level is your foundation. When the representative came and took the readings on our house, he did not say how off level it was. All he said was the house was leaning bad on the right side. When the foundation team came to install the piers, I found out that the house was off level by 1/2 inch (ca. 5 cm)! I paid almost $13,000 to have the right side of the house lifted 1/4 inch (ca. 10 cm). And then come to find out when the foundation crew started digging, previous foundation work had already been done! - read, reread and reread the contract before you sign it! Ask any question no matter how stupid you may think it is! - make sure you have a 4-inch sewer clean out so a plumber hired by the foundation company can come in and do a PRE and post hydrostatic test. Any water leaks in your plumbing will void the contract! All plumbing issues are the homeowners financial responsibility to repair!

They gave an excellent explanation of the process. They made us feel valued and part of the program from the first visit. The crew were knowledgeable and wanted to show the work in progress. They were quick to keep the area clean and it ended up cleaner than when they arrived.

I called Rusty after a year to double check house levelling before construction begins and he was quick to respond and check out our home to give us ok to start cooking work. He even took time to check our front door and help to tighten up screws for door to close. He wentt the extra mile. We are very happy with Baird foundation. Workers were great. Work was great. Was not notified when workers would show up. Communication issues. Had to cancel an appointment I had because I was not notified.
