When this company was local (in Bentleyville, PA), their customer service was great. Now that they were bought out by a national company you can kiss the customer service goodbye. We have a total of seven 800 numbers! When we were first deciding to purchase a back up battery pump for our sump pump, we received at least one call a week from someone located out of the Pittsburgh area. We finally told her that we needed to perform other work first and would call her back. We called to schedule the installation and spoke with Eric the sales manager in Washington, PA. He sent us the contract along with his card and instructions to "call me anytime." What a joke! We called twice without a return phone call. Then finally called and reached him in Washington. A few weeks later we had another question and called back (again twice). We're still waiting for a return phone call a month later!!! If you're looking for quality customer service, go somewhere else!

Would leave zero stars if I could. Bought a new $3000 dehumidifier with 5 year am warranty from bakers. Within 6 months it is throwing error codes. I called to get it fixed and they said the soonest service appointment is 2 months from now. Donâ  t use these scammers. Once they have your money you are a second class citizen.
Our Service Tech was able to visit the home on 12/11and has resolved the customer's issue with his air system. We have done a swap on the unit under warranty. -Basement Authority of West Virginia

The rep calls saying they don?t do pre paid off sump pump?s installation. This morning they texted me to. Say they are coming over at 10 am June 22. They are not coming cause they don?t install products customers purchase
