I iniatially negotiated with Mr. Barretta and aggreed to a price and he came out to see the house then within days the drawing was done. however, the city did not aprove we needed revision at the same time we took advantage of making a few changes our selves, this is where i feel the price become slightly unreasonable! hence the 4.5 score. otherwise, Mr. Barretta is very knowledgeable and efficient! I would hire him again, except I would make sure I have everything together before calling him!

This client has no clue regarding what she received. She is green and uninformed. James PS: Her project was done in days and done correctly in spite of her lack of preparation and knowledge.
