The number 1 reason is, being on time. It is my habit of being a bit early when I meet a contractor. Beckwith Glass was there waiting for me when I got there. Next is the superb craftsmanship and the attention to detail that they put into the project. The no nonsense professionalism in informing and showing us issues encountered, and offering advice on how to resolve the issue. But also listening and answering our questions. And last but by no means the least is the clean up, "outstanding."

A terrific experience. Brian was responsive, surveyed the job almost immediately, quoted the job, and then completed it....all within 2 days. He also offered good advice about other issues he noticed, and modified the work to include a few other matters that needed attention that I wasnt aware of. The price was fair, the work was good, and his excellent customer focus was a relief. He was easy to talk to and a pleasure to deal with. I am a very happy customer.

Initially, Beckwith Glass provided an immediate and creative solution for a shower enclosure that was oddly configured. They did such a great job that I asked them to come back to work on a second shower. They provided the same great service. I ll definitely use them in the future for any project where I need a glass specialist.
