the work turned out fine but I quit counting after 15 trips to his truck. An older guy and he questioned me every time I asked him something. Most trips to the truck he came back with nothing and took nothing there but made sure I paid for those trips. Very disappointed and I had heard great things about the company.

A big Thank You to Leon and Pat for the work. Leon was on duty Sunday when the leak occurred (they never happen during the week, do they?). He was totally up front about the higher weekend rate and was able to assure me the problem would be okay until the next day. He saved me money and I really appreciate that. Pat did the work onsite the next day. He explained things well, prepared an estimate, talked about alternatives. You can tell he's enthusiastic about the work he does; and that goes a long way toward his excellent customer service. Overall, I'm thrilled with the service and already planning some other non-emergency replacement work for them.

they were on time, clean, helpful. I had a small leak when he was here and he help me out. I did have them do a second job while he was here, hoped maybe to get a break on price since he was already here but no. Still very happy with them and would hire again.

Me and wife live in the lockwood area. Called for advice and a rough estimate and they showed up same day, gave me multiple options to fix my issue, and I chose to have a new water heater installed. Everything was up and running within a few hours of them showing up on site and all is good. Would definitely recommend to others.
