Derrick and his crew were excellent. Derrick explained the problems in the sewer pipe and offered options. Service was professional and reasonable. He returned our calls immediately and was very accommodating when we needed to reschedule.

We had an old water pump in our basement that seized up and created a water emergency. When I called Bergeron Drain Pro and Well Service after 5 pm, my phone call was returned right away and Derrick came to our home to check the situation. Next day the water line had to be pulled out of the well in order to install a new submersible pump. The project was completed within one day, and we had running water by evening. Every step of the the project was thoroughly discussed with us and the work was performed expeditiously. Client service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company!

It was sewer drain unplugging snd root removal and they were super professional and polite. My system is ancient and they gave me advice about how to treat it in future to extend its life.

Derek was very knowledgeable about plumbing done in the 60's He also offered a possible solution / referral to projects not within his field of expertise . His promptness and cleaning up afterwards was a bonus also !

Derek contacted me almost immediately, quickly worked out with my tenants (it was their bathroom sink drain) when he could come and do the work, and was finished in short order My tenants (four young women) raved about him and his work afterward. Bergeron Drain Pro are now my go-to people for plumbing issues.
