Working with Blue Jack Construction to get my roof replaced after hail/wind damage was a great decision. The first company I had come out and look at the damage quoted me $1,600 to fix a small 5x5 area of damage on my roof. When I had Luke from Blue Jack come out, he noticed widespread hail and wind damage, and suggested I contact my insurance company before committing to repairs. Sure enough, my insurance company found significant damage, and I was able to replace my whole roof with better quality materials for the same amount the original company quoted me for minor repairs. Blue Jack handled the insurance process from claim to payment, and made the process worry free. The work took one day, and they even came by the next day to do an additional sweep to make sure they left the site in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

Outstanding attention to detail. Luke personally visited with me to address any concerns. Work crew was prompt and thorough with the installation of the new roof. Cleanup was remarkable. I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Did a great job on my roof...last September...just have not replied to any of my messages trying to get them to finish the project. My gutters were supposed to be in by October, then the holidays, then they will not respond and it has been 8 MONTHS. I am a veteran, a teacher, a single foster parent. Finish what you started or give me a refund.

We absolutely dropped the ball and gave this customer a very bad experience. We did not do it maliciously. We have since offered to get the client the product we promised them. Owning up to a mistake is tough but it did indeed happen. This is not a reflection of how we want to treat our customers and hope any future customer that considers us would allow us to offer up hundreds of client references who were left happy with our companies services and products.
