Excellent in all respects.

Alberto was fantastic. As a new, first-time home owner, I really appreciated his patience and thoroughness when answering my many questions. After agreeing on the scope and price, I remembered one small touch-up that was needed in another area of the house. Alberto graciously offered to take care of it for no extra charge. Then on the day the work was to be done, I was so sick I stayed in bed all day. It was all I could do to take a check to the front door. After he left, I realized I hadn’t asked whether he remembered to take care of the small additional repair so I was afraid he had forgotten. But sure enough, he had taken care of it and did a great job! What had been an ugly loose brick that could’ve let critters in the attic and which was always a bit of an eyesore was now perfectly repaired and not noticeable at all! Of course, he did an excellent job on the main task of tuckpointing the chimney as well. Would use again for sure!
