    Bobby was incredibly professional, and did wonderful work. I had a shed that was sagging and had rotted wood. He skillfully replaced all the rotting wood with fresh quality wood, and completely rebuilt the barn doors - I now have custom doors on my shed! He also fixed a broken window pane and installed window sills to keep the wood from rotting again in the future. While he was here, he repaired my fence and also sanded down some doors for me so that I could repaint them. He worked outdoors during our coldest days of the winter: 7 degrees. And he worked when there was a foot of snow in my yard. Just shoveled himself a little path and set up all his work equipment. I couldn't believe he was so dedicated, and that he kept to his schedule despite the crazy weather. He also didn't let me pay him until all the work was done. This guy is a keeper!

    Great experience with Brooks Brothers. We needed to replace all interior doors in our home. Given this is an older house, all doors had to be custom cut. Bobby was professional, courteous and friendly. He made sure we were happy with every step during the process. Iâ  m very happy with the completed job and it was done within the estimated time. I would have no hesitation in using their service again.

    After less than 6 months the job Brooks Bros. preformed to our deck is chipping and flaking off and also was not completely covered in between the deck boards . Called Brooks and sent pictures of the deck hoping he would do the right thing and come and fix / complete the job paid for. He simply said that I should reapply stain to the deck floor myself & that he did what he was paid for ( cost $1778.00 ). Deck now needs redone, looks terrible. Also the color he chose was not what we requested, but had to live with. Very dis-satisfied will never use or refer. Does not stand behind his work. I wish I could submit some of the pictures for others to see.

    Nine months ago, Brooks Brothers was asked to stain a deck and replace what boards he could afford. Looking at the deck, it had a lot of neglect. A lot of the boards were rotted and petrified. Also, the deck was abused by the owner?s pets and showed dog hair, feces and urine. Brooks Brothers scrubbed and power washed the deck, replaced more boards than quoted without increasing the price, primed and stained the deck. On completion the customer said he was happy with the workmanship and paid the invoice in full (this work was completed 9 months ago).

    Hard worker and knows his trade. Reliable and conscientious. Rebuilt a floating dock and only was able to work when the high tide was going out and before it came back in.

    Bobby was reliable, professional, experienced and knowledgeable in his trade. The work he did was exceptional, I asked him to do several other projects while he was here, from building front stairs, attic door in ceiling, and a garage car port, there isn't anything he can't do. I've gotten so many complaints on the work he has done. Definently will be calling him back in the future, so lucky to have found him on (Home Advisors),,,, Thankyou Sue 4/9/20
