Steve and his team helped me get my garage door as well as opener replaced after a friend of mine drove his car into it. He dealt with my insurance company to get my claim approved, and even explained why his quote was different from a competitor (I got 2 quotes). The work done by the 2 men who showed up to the job was great. Finally, his receptionist Taylor is also extremely nice.

Great job on the door. Had a problem getting copies of my contract that still haven't resolved, but everything looks like it should, works and was. done on time.

I checked into your concerns about receiving copies of the agreement, and I understand you now have everything. It is very strange because our CRM system shows we sent you 6 copies but you never received them? I've checked and it isn't an infrastructure problem. No other clients have complained about receiving their emailed copies. Maybe something with provider? Anyway, glad we got that straightened out for you. Biggest thing is you are happy with our work. Excellent customer service. Main office personnel and onsite technicians were extremely pleasant to work with. Their techs responded to my location that same day, told me everything that needed replacing/repair and provided exact cost for materials and labor. All work was completed as scheduled with no delays. Strongly recommend

Budget Garage Doors saved me. The came out in an emergency situation. Replaced my garage door and painted it to match the house per HOA requirements. Not only that everyone was so friendly and helpful. Supporting a family owned business is important to me and they are one. They made you feel like family as well while doing the work.

The team that came to my house were awesome. 5 stars is not a high enough rating. They were knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. I got a quote from another company that told me my whole system was bad. These guys came out and not only repaired it but did it less than an hour. And it was much much less than I expected. I will definitely use them again in the future for any other repairs that come up or to replace my door.

Hands down Steven and his crew were the easiest to get along with from estimate to final completion. Personable, honest when questioned, they never once tried to sell me something I didnâ t need in fact they talked me out of adding windows to the door. I could not recommend a garage door specialist any higher.
