I had been putting off getting my roof replaced for years, but I'm so glad I finally made the call to these guys. The new shingles they installed look fantastic and have really improved the overall appearance of my house. I'm beyond impressed with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. Journey Builder is a very UN-PROFESSIONAL company. the Arrogant guy who came to do the work does not know the work that needs to be done. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I do not know why they get good reviews. Perhaps I got an IDIOT that came to work on my project

What I appreciated about working with Journey Builders was that they were so responsive and fast. They inspected my roof the same day I called them. They started working almost immediately.

From all the roofers I spoke to in my area, Journey Builders was the only one that answered the phone immediately. Vannessa sent out an inspector that same day to inspect my roof. They found exactly where the leak was coming from and they fixed it within the next few days (they also had to remove some wood that had mold).
