Would highly recommend Cactus Wren Restoration for various type of damage repair that can unexpectedly occur to your home! The owners Mike and Cary were both closely involved with assuring that the water damage to my bathroom was mitigated promptly, damaged materials removed safely, and bathroom restored back to pre-damaged condition. The water damage occurred after my air conditioner condensation water pump failed and caused water intrusion into my bathroom. Every person involved with the restoration process who came to my house was kind, professional, and communicated well throughout the process. They kept the rest of my home that was not involved with the restoration clean and assured that they left my house at the end of the day clean. Each person at the home even gave an oral summary of the job that they completed for the day and would show me the work that they accomplished to assure I was satisfied. Both Mike and Cary also guided and educated me on how to initiate and work with my homeowner's insurance to properly assure that I got the maximum amount of claim benefit I was entitled to from my insurance. Communication was excellent through both phone and email. I was easily able to schedule each step of the process with Cactus Wren Restoration, that was convenient for me, and I was able to anticipate each step of the process until completion. I initially found Cactus Wren Restoration through my entrusted plumbing company who highly recommended Cactus Wren Restoration, and it was a blessing to have Cactus Wren take care of the damage from start to finish. Moving forward, I have Cactus Wren Restoration on speed dial, so that if an unexpected damage occurs to my house again (hopefully not anytime soon), I can call them on short notice, especially during Monsoon season when the violent storms can cause damage to a house which require urgent interventions.
