Carolina Mold Solutions

We used CA Mold Solutions to encapsulate our crawlspace after finding high levels of humidity and signs of mold. Joel and Stephen were always available for questions I had during the process. They were busy and a few weeks out from being able to do the work, so they brought out a dehumidifier and air scrubber as Joel could tell it would help make me feel better having those until the work was done. When the work started, the crew was very professional and cleaned up every day. I am very pleased with the end product and would hire CA Mold Solutions again, although I hope I don't have to!

Carolina Mold Solutions is a highly professional company that provided quick and efficient services. We had a rental property that had tenets living in it for a couple years and were never informed that there was an issue in one of the bathrooms. We only found the issue after we were able to regain possession of the property. We called Carolina Mold, and they came out that day to look at the problem. By that evening we had a quote to complete the work. They scheduled the work for three days later and two technicians arrived at the scheduled time. They partitioned off the bathroom and performed remediation on the area. They also scrubbed down the walls and all the carpets on that floor to make sure that all the surrounding rooms had been treated too. That evening, I received an email with a link to all the photos that had been taken for my records; as well as confirmation of payment. Carolina Mold Solutions was responsive, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who is having a mold issue.

Mr. Joel and Mrs. Peggy were very accommodating. My project needed to be done quickly because my family had to get out of the house and Carolina Mold Solutions quickly responded with an estimate and to do the work. Also, Stephen updated me with pictures and text of the project which was reassuring. I would recommend their service to anyone with mold issues or for a crawlspace encapsulation.

Joel & Shane were very thorough answering any & all questions my husband & I had before, during, & after the work was completed. Joel and Peggy were the most professional and amazing duo ever. I m retired military and as an out of town home owner it s scary to get a call about black mold in your home. Peggy took my call early in the morning. Joel was at my home the same day. His estimate was spot on and the team was there and ready the next day!
