Super nice guys. Great for landscape design and initial development. After they sodded and built gazebo- all done well, we hired for lawn maintenance to make sure if anything went wrong they would fix. That is where it all fell apart. They trenched the yard in areas and when a few areas of sod did not take, they only re-sodded one area even though they told us they would take care of the problem areas. There were weeks they didn t mow, whether it be too hot or too wet. Ok, but they never came to take care of the natural areas on those occasions which was included in the lawn care. They broke our fence which my husband had to fix. Twice we requested they meet with us and they agreed. Then didn t show at the scheduled times. Really disappointing. We are back to handling our lawn, even though they owed us for a couple weeks of no service. I would recommend for design and application- but would avoid the lawn maintenance.

Would never hire or recommend this company to anyone. Concrete border and bricks came apart in less than 24 hours and they refuse to fix. I had several contractors review there work and they all agree it was done wrong.

We at Carolina Southern Scapes have gone well and beyond to always make sure our customers are happy and satisfied, and it shows, just look at our reviews. Although we try our very best to keep customers happy, sometimes a happy customer is just not the case. We would have gladly fixed any problems to the work that we installed. Sadly in this case the customer and his neighbor took it upon themselves to alter the work we did no less than 30 minutes after we completed the project. Once our personal work has been altered, our warranty is void due to negligence. The customer would not take our recommendations on how to properly build up dirt to.

Hired them to install sod in two natural areas. And to remove and install black much in other natural areas. UPDATE: their sod install and trimming work was awesome. But the grass cutting service had a lot to be desired. Very expensive and instead of removing leaves, just blew them on our natural areas, which is not allowed by HOA, had to remove them myself.

They were innovative and out of the box in their recommendations. As a concrete farmer from NYC having to deal with a huge area of landscape, they patiently answered our questions, creating a great experience and resulting in a fantastic landscape look.

Very pleased with Ryan and his crew. The sod and new bushes look great. Very professional and friendly. I ask Ryan for suggestions and am very pleased with his design and lay out. Ryan kept me informed about when the project would begin and end. Took two days. These guys work hard.
