I was a little concerned that re-grouting a shower floor tile would be too smaller job but no. We will definitely call on Michael and the team for the next tile job we have planned. Michael also organized and sub contracted the installation of a new glass shower door to we didn't have worry selecting a supplier. Everything came together wonderfully.

Michael knows everything there is to know about tile and the surfaces that surround them. My shower and kitchen backsplash have never looked better. From start to finish, first phone contact, estimate, onsite work and finished product were all professional, courteous and excellent. I highly recommend.

I contacted Carolina Grout Pros after seeing their mail advertisement and through Home Advisor. After contact, Michael came out to provide an estimate. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was most personable and professional. He provided information explaining what would be done and how, in a friendly and clear manner and provided a very reasonable quote. The project was quickly scheduled. Bill arrived right on schedule that day and proceeded to carefully prepare the area where the grout & tile was to be cleaned, restored, and sealed. Throughout the process, he was very courteous, efficient, and professional. The finished results are great. The kitchen and sunroom porch floors look brand new. We are most satisfied with the results and especially with the courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism shown by both Bill and Michael. I would not hesitate to engage them for future grout cleaning & restoration jobs and am happy to recommend them to others.

Michael re-sealed two tubs, re-grouted a shower and cleaned/revamped the tile floors in both bathrooms. He did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him for any tile work.
