Jose arrived on time and scheduled to repair the seam on my living room carpet, explain the process and that the color match might not be perfect and I accepted that, however within 2 days of his leaving, I discovered the carpet that he glued I would say repaired and glued was already separating. after 3 attempts to get him to return to complete the repair I decided to contact Angie Customer service. I would just say that what I am going to do is follow up. I will follow up with different quality vendor.

I asked José when he could do my floor and his answer was, if you get the materials today Iâ ll have my crew there tomorrow. He estimated 2 days to get the floor done and his guys actually got everything done in 1 day. Very satisfied!

Jose was easy to schedule, readily available, able to give me an accurate estimate via phone. He is definitely a perfectionist and continued working on the transition from tile to carpet until it was just right. The transition is an actual improvement from the previous wood to carpet. Would definitely recommend him for any carpet repairs. Great work.
