Great local company.Had a good experience with them from the bid to completed project. They worked hard to get the permits, pass inspections. Communication was good. The crew that did the work was awesome too. My only complaint is the hardware they used to secure the hand rail to the deck rusted in two weeks.So thst hardware was meant for indoors.I need to call them to follow up. Other then that, great company. I will hire them again.

Well my customer service experience with Champion was not very great. I had a 10:30 am scheduled appointment to have my gutters cleaned on Friday April 28, 2017. By 11:00 am I still didn't hear anything from a Champion representative. A Home Advisor associate called to ask how my project was going and I explained to her that I hadn't yet heard from anyone at Champion. After intervention by the Home Advisor associate, a representative from Champion contacted me 15 minutes later to tell me my scheduled appointment was delayed because the worker was working on another job that ran over the scheduled time due to roofing issues. While that is certainly understandable, a phone call without Home Advisor intervention would have been the proper and professional thing to do on behalf of a potential customer. After telling the representative I had to leave at 2:30 pm, I was assured that I didn't have to be home for them to clean my gutters and seal and fill whatever issues on my roof which were minimal. The worker finally arrived after I had left and provided pictures via cell phone of the work performed on the roof. I authorized the job remotely that needed to be done but I was clearly robbed of a great customer service experience. As a customer service manager for 15 years now, I can honestly say this was truly an epic fail in terms of providing a great experience worthy of a return service with Champion. To add insult to injury, I have not heard back from them after the job was told to me to have been completed and a sign left on my yard. I think I have provided enough feedback to inform others to gather more information and estimates before deciding on using Champion.

Champion Home Improvement is awesome!!! I had a scheduled appointment at noon on Saturday to have my siding repaired when rain was expected later in the day, so I was pleasantly surprised that the appointment was no rescheduled. The area of my house where the siding was damaged allowed for rain to seep in onto the ceiling of my family room so i really needed to get the repair started. I received a call from CHI before Jose and his partner showed up and once they arrived they began working immediately. Although it began to rain, they did not stop working until the major area of concern was covered and my house and ceiling was not threatened with the chances of water damage. When the rain began to pour down and the weather became to severe to continue working is only when they stopped. Jose reassured me that he would return on Monday to complete the work, which he did. Champion gets 2 thumbs up for there professionalism and dedication to making sure the job is complete!

They are prompt, courteous and very professional. Came same day on a Saturday and were able to repair my roof within an hour even though I was only expecting an estimate! I would have given 5 stars in every category except the fee to come out included a complimentary gutter cleaning which did not happen. Other than that I was extremely satisfied and recommended them to a friend who just hired them as well on Tuesday.

Apparently they are short staffed as was explained to me but only after waiting 3 weeks to get the work done.
