I am so happy with the flooring and the two gentlemen who were here, Ed and John were excellent. They checked with me during the install to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. They scribed the flooring so that it fit perfectly around my large fireplace. I would definitely recommend Checkpoint Flooring Solutions and Ed and John to anyone. It was a large job tearing out carpet and other vinyl planking with a lot of furniture to contend with.

I hesitate on even giving 2 stars! I had a home built and didn't like the look of ceramic titles. I had Checkpoint solutions and other flooring come in and provide me with a quote. Although, I had other quotes with better pricing, we immediately built a relationship with our salesman Tom. Fast forward, I had them come and install the flooring the day that I closed so that the installers wouldn't have to work around any furniture. They did an outstanding job installing the floor, but did NOT finish installing the boarders. I texted Tom and he responded, but never a telephone call to discuss. Not only that, no follow-up on an ETA on when they were going to come back out. Still after 2 weeks nothing. Now let me share that I spent $10,000! I got the entire house done! I had to continue to call and text and still nothing! No follow-up or follow-thru. I will update this review if they complete the job.
