Great job on what they did but difficult time in scheduling and appointments. I had to ways reachout to schedule and get updates vs the other way around.

Elm tree was not trimmed to my satisfaction. I expected the tree trimmer to make sure the elm tree did not go over my neighbors house/property and to be trimmed back from my roof. Both did not happen to my satisfaction. I asked the tree trimming team about this and they said they did the job as described in the work order and to talk to the company directly. Elm tree was hacked up and not pruned. A significant amount of tree debris was left in my yard as well. They said they are certified aborists but they did not perform like one. Price was pretty good and so I guess I got what I paid for. I should have paid a little more and got the job done right. If you have a tree removal job I am sure they are fine but if you need pruning I don't recommend.

Moses and his tree crew did a wonderful job thinning out our mesquite and ficus trees as well as other overgrown plants. They are professional, hard working, and friendly. Thank you.

Quick for an estimate but took several attempts to schedule once scheduled not on time and no phones about being late. About two hours behind schedule, the crew did a great job. Very professional. Great work crew!

It took a while to get the scheduling straight, but they arrived on schedule, were very professional, did a great job, and cleaned up nicely. We are satisfied and our trees look great.
