We really liked his design for our retaining wall, and the finished product looks great. The punch list follow-up was minimal.

What a great team to work with! We finally decided to replace our failing, 50 year old retaining wall and re-grade our property to provide more useable space. What a beautiful job! They used the highest quality materials and laid everything out perfectly. We could not be happier with the results. But, our satisfaction runs much deeper than that. The owner interfaced with us frequently, explained every step and addressed all of our concerns immediately. The crew was personable, receptive and very hard working. As a former project manager, I know how things get missed moving from concept to completion. But not with Collective Concepts! Every detail was addressed from customer to worker. Bravo! Christian was very professional in every way from the beginning of project to the finished project . He contacted me and let me know when he would be coming, so that I could be prepared. He finished the project in a very timely matter ( 2 days) and cleaned the area afterwards. I highly recommend his work and will be using him for future projects.
