Colorado Drain Systems, Inc.

I had a very large concrete project including 1000 sq. ft. stamped, color patio in the backyard and 850 sq. ft. standard driveway (no color, no stamp). $15K total price. Demo went fine but when the backyard patio was poured, the concrete sloped toward both our house and spare garage with water flooding into both. Large sections of the backyard patio had to be removed and re-poured. Since the back patio had already been stamped and partially colored, the stamp no longer lines up and the color is inconsistent. Also, since the original pour did not slope away from the house, we have a step up from our garage to gain access to the patio. Other entryways into our garages had to have lips poured in front of the doors to prevent the water from entering the buildings. Although I really wanted to give Colorado Drain Systems, Jose Casillas and his crew a good review for attempting to correct any issues that arose during the project, which they attempted to do, I expect a greater level of workmanship for $15K. I have also been asking Jose for a letter of warranty since June to no avail (numerous requests were made). The final determining factor to this low rating was the discovery that several of the items we had placed in a window sill during the construction project have magically disappeared. Finally, what also concerns me regarding "Colorado Drain Systems" is that they would not accept a check made out to their company. I had erroneously assumed that Home Advisors would only solicit legitimate business, but the lack of a checking account makes me wary that this is in fact a legitimate business. I had to submit payment to Mr. Casillas directly. In summary, if you have a plain, no-frills driveway or sidewalk that needs to be poured, this company may work for you. If you are looking for anything more extensive, I would recommend you continue to look.

I was contacted by Jose and was given a speedy and friendly quote. From the very first contact to the last contact I was very pleased with Jose's professionalism and knowledge. The patio turned out perfect!!!! His team of hard workers were a pleasure to deal with and did a superb job. They always showed up when they said they would and completed the job quickly and perfectly. I would definately reccommend Colorado Drain Systems to anyone!!

Jose and his team at Colorado Drain Systems did a few things for me. The poured and installed some concrete and some landscaping and sprinkler work. The price was reasonable and fair for the work requested, they did everything within 3 business days and everything turned out great. I will defiantly recommend this company.

These guys are incredible! They are perfectionists and the quality of work is absolutely amazing. I am so happy we hired this company. They give a product that is out of this world and charge a very fair price. Thanks Jose and the rest of the crew, you guys should be proud of your product.

Arrived early, started right away when Jose the supervisor came by he was ready to answer any questions I had in regards to the project. Reconfirmed work and got his work crew started.

Fantastic! Attempted to collect 3 bids for this project...had one no show, one that never followed through with a formal bid and then Jose. he arrived early for the estimate and was well presented. Followed up within hours with a quote and worked within my timeframe. His crew did a great job and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone I knew that was looking for landscape/grading/sodding.
