We worked with Troy and he did a great job working with us to design and install a louver aluminum canopy cover on our patio. WOW we are so happy and wish we would of done it sooner. The quality is so good and the team that installed it was so professional. We couldn't be happier and our neighbors want one now too !!!

We are very pleased to have worked with Ryan and Sean in the purchase and installation of new windows and a lanai door in our condo. Ryan and Sean were professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. Thank you for all you did in remodeling our home!

My job was originally bid on and a contract signed in October of 2020 for a Four Seasons Sunroom. The salesperson told me that the job would be completed in a few months. He said they were looking at March, 2021 or April, 2021 for an install time frame. I heard nothing from anyone at the business. As the time approached for the install, I had Joe call me. He said that they should be out sometime in October of 2021! I told him this was not acceptable, and I was told by the salesperson that it would be installed in the Spring of 2021. Joe told me that they "have had problems" with their salespeople making unrealistic promises for install dates. If this is a known problem, why don't they fix it. I talked to Tommy (owner) about my concerns with his salespeople and the projected install time frame. I inquired about cancelling the project and he said that I would have to forfeit my deposit. They finally agreed to start the project at the beginning of September. I had communicated to them well in advance that I would be out of town on vacation starting on September 9th for two weeks. They started the job and completed it as far as they could go until I returned. When I got back, the crew did not show up. I was told that they had the back end of a house torn off in Fort Collins and they wouldn't pull the crew from that job. They knew when I would be back and had no problem pulling off my job and left me waiting. Later in the project, they finished the drywall and had one of their employees do knock-down texturing. He used bottled spray texture and did a horrible job. Again, I contacted Joe and he had to hire a professional to come up and complete the work correctly. I spent time and money painting the original texture job, only to have to redo it. The professional did a great job. During the night before Thanksgiving, my dog woke me up growling. I went to let her outside through the sunroom. I heard glass crackling. One of the larger roof windows was shattering. The inner pane fell to the floor and covered my plants and floor with shattered glass. I texted and called Joe during the night letting him know of this issue. He sent one of their employees up on Thanksgiving Day to clean the mess up. I had to make time to let them back in to replace the defective glass. On 12/21/2021, I had an initial phone call with the owner, Tommy, about my concerns with the install, without resolution. He reached out to me again on 12/22/2021 and addressed my concerns. Overall, the construction quality of the room is very good. I received my "Final" bill last week for $7,700 and the amount was paid in full upon receipt of the invoice. Today, I received an additional bill for $4,879.54 after the final payment cleared my bank. $2,170.54 was for the building permit, $119.00 for a site plan and $2,590 for the electrical. When the contract was signed, I was told that there was a $2,000 allowance for the electrical work. On my invoice they charged a 35% added fee to the electrical for a total of $4,590. The contract states that a 35% fee is added to subcontracted work; however, it does not state whether or not, the 35% is taken before or after the $2,000 credit. It is a joke that they add their 35% fee to the gross amount charged. If they would have given the $2,000 electrical allowance first, my electrical bill would have been $1,890 (($3,400 - $2,000) x1.35)) + $2,000, for a total of $3,890. I called both Tommy and Joe about the electrical charges. Tommy said this is how he covers his "overhead". I guess that a $77,000 sunroom has little or no mark-up. Watch out for additional fees added to subcontractors' invoices. This has been a long, arduous and frustrating build. Read your contract very carefully and ask lots of questions. Prepare for a long delay between contract signing and job completion. In the end, I am satisfied with my new sunroom!
