I had no problem making an appointment with Comfortable Homes Remodeling and having their sales rep. come out to explain what needed to be done. What the problem was, actually getting them out here to do the work. Once I emailed them and asked them if they were still interested in doing the job, I was contacted the next day and a date was set up and a worker was sent out and he did a beautiful job repairing the hole in my shower which is plaster and installing the new shower head.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, quality, and speed of the work. We got a very reasonable quote, a great product, and super fast and clean installation. The workers did such a great job cleaning up after the installation, the area around our house was cleaner after they were done than before they started. I definitely recommend this great professional company.

After reading my review the company owner (not Craig) Called me. He was upset with the employees performance. I was impresses with his candor. He admitted employees mistakes Vary rare these days. I really respect peeps for admitting they f'd up. I will give them another chance. I need some AC.

Quick response and turn around time. Craig was professional and diligent in providing an honest assessment and quote. We had a problem with carpenter bees infiltrating a knotty wood porch ceiling so we had to replace it. Rick did the work and was thorough and precise. We are very satisfied with the work from quote to finish.
