Estimator was prompt and helpful. Crew was excellent, courteous and prompt. Did a great job on the several tree limbs that had to be removed.

I got a few estimates but Cornerstone gave me the best estimate for the large project I wanted done. All of my questions were answered and calls were returned in a timely manner. They were professional, courteous, and explained the steps in the process with ease of understanding. I would highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone needing tress cut down.

Its two brothers and one came and quoted and the other came to cut and they cut down the wrong tree and wanted to charge me for it plus charge me the quoted price to come back and cut down the originally quoted tree. So my quote for one tree doubled into almost twice as much and two trees. We were able to negotiate somewhat to get my original tree down, but still not happy about having to pay more than the quote for their error. I don't buy the rational that the second tree was a risk. If it was a risk, it should have been pointed out at time of quote.

I didn't like the fact that they only take cash or checks. They do not accept credit cards.
