Highly recommend Dog Guard. We contacted all of the electronic fence companies and Dog Guard was the best for us due to their quality and outstanding customer service and also their batteries are not unreasonable. We have an 8-week old puppy and were not sure if we should put in a fence now or wait until the puppy was older. The other companies would not really answer our question on this and did not talk to us through why it would be good or bad. But once I spoke to Angie - she was very upfront about everything including how putting in this fence now for our puppy would be better than waiting. Just because puppies bounce back a lot easier than older dogs and also our puppy just will not know any different. So far everything has gone just as Angie had explained on the phone. So nice to not have any surprises. Thanks, Dog Guard for top quality service. Update: 08/12/2020 We have 2 dogs - 2 yr old Bernese Mt Dog and a new 12 weeks old Keeshond puppy. We had a dog guards install our fence 2 hrs ago when our Bernese Mt dog was a puppy. When we added our new Keeshond puppy - Dog Guard was excellent in coming out and getting our new little guy trained. They are very reliable! And the fence works perfectly. We haven t had ANY problems. The fence is much more reliable than the DIY invisible fence and much less expensive than the Invisible Fence brand but yet works just as good if not better in my opinion. Would definitely recommend it.
