Scott was great! We had our heat go out in the night. We called in the morning, and he showed up the same day. He took the time to do a variety of tests, and he diagnosed the issue which required a very specific replacement part. He tracked one down in Chattanooga, and arranged to have it brought up asap. By the next day, he had it repaired and good to go again. He was very courteous and communicative, clearly explaining the issue and necessary solution. We plan to have him be our go-to guy for heating/AC needs from here on out.

We had an a/c issue on a Saturday. We called Scott and he came quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had us up and running again quickly. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the service, and he charged us a very fair price. We will definitely be calling him again!

Scott was able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue I had with my old heat pump. He gave me options to repair or replace. Considering the age of my heat pump was far beyond its expected lifespan, I went ahead and asked him to replace it. He got the parts ordered right away and I had a new unit within a few days. The new system is working great and I was happy with Scott's professionalism, communication and cleanliness. Highly recommended.
