Owner Paul Bilodeau is friendly, professional, and most importantly, reliable. He and his crew did an excellent job over a 2-day period (they returned with a taller ladder) for the original price quoted. As a bonus, one of the crew had an HVAC background and, unsolicited, looked at my heating system when he learned my heat wasn't working properly and made suggestions that helped. I happily left Paul and crew a tip for the extra service. I highly recommend this contractor for all-around great service.

Roof snow removal was done professionally and perfectly done. One member is a roofer so I had extreme confidence in his assessment of my roof condition and his care in the snow removal. Owner Paul is very service oriented and the service was prompt, and extremely well done.

Contractor did not do what was asked and required. Left many open holes where my dogs could get under. Contractor knew this project was for containment. When he was called back due to parts of the fence already breaking off from the base he seemed to be bothered by it. Contractor also didn't explain that spruce is very flimsy and shouldn't be used for a containment fence. I have to get another Contractor in to come back and correct everything. Very disappointed.

We are sorry your experience with CBOC was not what you expected. We attempted to inform you that what you wanted to purchase and have installed was not what we would recommend for what you needed it for. We HIGHLY recommended a better product, but you noted that it was not in your budget and you wanted the project done "yesterday." We came back immediately because you changed your mind on the direction of the gate opening. We even repaired broken pieces that were not covered under warranty due to damage done by your multiple dogs attempting to attack the neighbors dog as you had mentioned. We're sorry you're disappointed in what you chose.
