I hired Cozy Hearth to clean my fireplace but right away Matt discovered issues with the fireplace and instead just charged me for an inspection and thoroughly explained what I needed to do to repair the chimney.

The only problem for me was they were supposed to show up on a friday at 12 oclock stayed home and waited till about 2:30 and finally I called to see when he would arrive , he informed me he wouldn't be able to get to me that day and I had to reschedule this was troubling to me, however they did an excellent job,neat and clean.

the actual repair work on my chimney was great. However, the tremendous discharge of black dust that permeated every inch, nook and cranny of my home was nauseating. There was no attempt to caontain the mess.

chimney was cleaned early june 2012. parts were ordered but not installed until august 15th 2012. had to call many times before project was completed.

The parts where on back order I was not able to get them as fast as the customer wantd we will try to work on better soulutions to get parts faster but they where told they where on back order prior to the install .. and it was a second house they did not live there full time so are date did not always match up.: but as always we apologize and hope to thats hope that the stove is enjoyable and the job was done perfectly ..
