Write a ReviewArrived late, but friendly quality service at the quoted price once he arrived. Would have no problem using them for plumbing work again.
DB Plumbing is truly a one-man operation (DB = David Brown), but this means that David not only performed the estimate, he also did the work. I found this refreshing in that I didn't have to explain the work that needed to be done twice--once to an estimator and once to the actual contractor who came to do the work. I found it very easy to communicate with David and his office support, both by phone and by email (not always the case with a lot of contractors). And, David did a great job with my job (toilet installation and replacement of a wall-mounted sink with a new pedestal sink).
Nice and clean.
The job was good but it was very costly for a simple thing in which we alerady had the parts.
I found Dave Brown to be a very personable and competent professional. He was able to help us out on very short notice and his prices are incredibly fair. He'll certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs.
DB is a one man operation. Nice guy. However, he made several mistakes installing the sump pump: he didn't test the pump and seals by filling the container tank until I saw it was required in the service directions and pointed this out to him; he seems unfamilar with the finer points of how the back-up sump pump operated; in his intial inspection he failed to note the proper OD of the outlet pipe and came unprepared on the day of installation requiring a reschedule. I'm sure he is a good plumber but seemed to be lacking in experience with the back-up sump pumps
