The gentleman was polite but I was concerned about calling the contractor to do follow up in order to finish a good job. Things started out real positively, great customer service. I had to call on a couple occasions to complete some tasks. He quoted one price on one task and charged an additional $50. He was suppose to repair several windows but put WD40 on them which I do not consider a repair.

We dealt with Edward. He promptly visited and was accommodating of our short turnaround to paint the interior of an 1800 sq. ft. home and single car garage door. They pushed to finish the project when delays arose (through no fault of their own), arrived early and worked continuously through the days, and the crew was always courteous. However, they rushed to finish the project and did not do a high-quality job on a series of built in bookcases/cabinets. It took over a month and a lot of follow up to get them to come back to fix. Also, we separately had our hardwood floors refinished just prior to the painting, and we have committed many hours to cleaning up paint spots ourselves. All in all spent over $7K and had a lot of clean up work to do , which for that total project cost is not a value for money in my opinion. If you have a large project, they can do the job, but I would not recommend them for detailed areas.

They do great work. Very skilled workers and attend to details. The schedule can be tricky at times, so be patient and communicate. In the end, the final product looks great and well worth any slight delays along the way. Very happy with the result!!
