The guy is not very professional. They are very bad at taking phone calls. His wife (who's job is to answer the phone) does not do a very good job at answering the phone, and does not do her job well. The contractor didn't even get the correct address from her.

Mr. Davis and his crew did an excellent job with roof repairs. Mr. Davis made an initial emergency repair during the midst of the wind storm to prevent additional wind damages. He and his crew returned as promised and completed final repairs. I highly recommend his services.

I am a Realtor and contacted Mr. Davis on behalf of my client. It was clear to me from the start, that my client and I were considered nothing more than income to Mr. Davis. He quoted me a price of $950 to repair a toilet, replace a kitchen faucet and repair trim work in a room. The day of the job, Mr. Davis called me first thing in the morning to say he had underestimated the cost of the kitchen faucet and needed an additional $140. Since this was a rush job, I agreed, although I wasn't happy about the additional cost. An hour later, he called to complain that one of the two checks he required hadn't been signed (it had been left for him in the house). I assured him the home owner would be there that afternoon to sign the second check. He then texted me to complain about the work that needed to be on the wall that he was to repair. He said that wall had a hole and indeed it did. He even sent me a photo! Having had enough of Mr. Davis at this point, I pointedly asked if this was a ploy for more money. I reminded him that when he came to provide an estimate surely he was aware of the extent of the wall repair to be made. A few moments later, he texted me back to say that everything was all right and he would complete the job. The sudden turnaround caught me by surprise and made me wonder about Mr. Davis's motives. An hour later everything was repaired and he texted me to say he had finished. I asked him to text me photos of his work which he did. When I mentioned that the wall that he repaired hadn't been painted - when he himself reminded me the previous day that it was going to need to be painted - he told me that the wall was wet and he couldn't do anything at that time. Granted this was probably true, but that's not what he led me to believe in our negotiations. He had already told me he wasn't going to be available the next day because he was going out of town. With that said, he simply repaired the wall and left it to us to get it painted - although he was paid to do that himself. When the homeowner got there to check out the work, Mr. Davis demanded that the homeowner take back the two checks he had written and write him one check for the entire amount. (The homeowner had initially written two checks because Mr. Davis said it was too expensive to charge the homeowner's credit card twice. Mr. Davis wanted half the money up front and the remainder at the completion of the job, hence 2 checks were written because the homeowner hadn't planned to review Mr. Davis's work until the next day.) Mr. Davis received his check and left. A half hour later, I received another text from Mr. Davis which read "Okay I did all that work to be shorted $100 is no good." When I called him to discover what happened, he explained that he was able to fix the kitchen faucet and he didn't need to be replaced. He told this to the homeowner who obviously misunderstood and deducted the amount from the check. Mr. Davis's attitude bordered on belligerent and it wa

I had hired Mr. Davis for several projects, shelves for my basement which his carpenter did an excellent job on and would hire him again just him. I also had them power wash my deck and seal with a clear water sealer they said they could not get all the original stain off but I was able to remove with no problem using my power washer. I asked them to move my deck items away from the deck so no sealer would get on them and they got stain all over my deck umbrella and carpet both have to be trashed and new ones bought. They also got stain on the siding of my home but did not offer to come back to clean and made no offer to replace the items or at least pay for them. In good faith I would not feel comfortable recommending them based on my experience. To build three sets of wood shelves for basement, replace two shutters and repair another, power wash deck and seal was right around $1900.00 plus I had to pay for the wood at a cost of $350.00 approx., and $42.00 for the shutters. I contacted my Attorney to see what can be done regarding this matter and explained to him that we have 24 hour video feed on the home and he had all the videos downloaded and is having them reviewed one he called me about was regarding the power washing of my deck instead of them picking up the two pieces of furniture and moving out of the way he pushed it with his foot so very disappointed that they could not just as easily have picked up and moved, will be interested to see what else my Attorney finds once they have gone thru every frame.

Response from Company:

Mr. Davis repaired a hole in my shed and caulked the front windows of my home. He described clearly how the shed would be repaired and he quoted a fair price for the projects. He completed the job as described and thoroughly cleaned the work space. He has a professional team that assisted in his executing the job in a timely manner. I am pleased with the results and will be hiring him for future projects.
