Doug was great to work with , I didn't have to wait long. Talk to him on the phone describe what I wanted for the backyard and when we meet Doug had it all plan out I love it they did a great job

Guys showed up on time did an greta job, with the exception of some minor details. How ever I have to admit after talking to 9 other contractors some of which gave me prices that made me want to laugh, and some of which just seemed down right shady, Doug was a fresh change. My wife even made changes midway through the job which added additional concrete and work . His crew did it no problem and he didn't charge us for them.

I love my new brick patio and rock patio. I found a picture of the design on line and provided it to Doug to replicate. Not only does it look exactly like the picture, but they did an outstanding job all the way around. The work was done efficiently, and the crew was very respectful. Also, the price was competitive too. Very happy!

We waited for more than a year and interviewed 10 contractors before we decided to work with Del Mar Landscape's owner, Doug Kepner. We highly recommend Del Mar Landscape because Doug as the eyes for detail and aesthetic finish. His team members are experienced and work very fast to complete the project. Doug's quote is reasonable because he selected high quality material for your project. Last but not least, follow up after your project is completed is only a phone call away. Doug is very responsive, but at times I felt he was burdened by changes or errors (errors were his not mine). The final result of the landscaping looks great, but there are still issues with lighting and water drips. The crew is hardworking and responsive. I think our job was bigger then he had anticipated, even though I wrote everything down in advance. We had some disagreements about final cost, but were able to negotiate a compromise. Doug's pricing was much lower then others who gave us quotes, so value for the money is good.

the only glitch in the project was my own fault. After I got the bid I changed what I wanted done.My advise would be to have your plan fixed before starting.

did a great job in a short time -one day

I highly recommend Doug and his crew. I had my front yard remodeled with pavers, artificial turf, wall extensions with brick caps and a water fountain structure. Doug was always responsive from the beginning and had some nice inputs, which turned out better than I planned. The turf came out beautiful and Efrem did an excellent job. His foreman, Ramon, did an excellent job on the pavers, walls and fountain structure. Overall, Doug's crew are very hard working, did great work and are friendly too. Doug is onsite everyday although I think Ramon does a great job keeping the project moving.

Doug called me within 15 minutes of my request on Home Advisor. I met with him that day and we developed the plan for my yard. He was thorough, thoughtful, and worked with me to stay within my budget. Even though the job was small, the attention to detail was fantastic, and the end result was exactly what my wife and I wanted. I will be hiring Doug again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right the first time!
