Johnny called and offered to come by for a free estimate within 1 hour of my posting the job. He was clearly knowledgeable about roofs and gave me lots of options to choose from when it came to materials and installation (aluminum vs copper vs vinyl flashing, chimney cap options, colors, etc.) I appreciate that Johnny was not assuming I want the cheapest job or most expensive, that he presented options and made recommendations without being pushy. The day of the job, he came with a team and they worked promptly and professionally. Lastly, he gave me a guarantee that they would return free of charge if I noticed any leaks from their work in the coming weeks. I highly recommend Johnny and Deluxe. I called Johnny weeks after his work because birds were tearing away the gutter screens and he offered to touch up his work at no additional cost.

From a quality of service and work standpoint, the team at Deluxe Construction were outstanding. The results from the new courtyard paving they installed were excellent. We couldn't be happier w/ the work performed and the overall quality of the finishes. Always available if you have any questions or concerns. They work hard to ensure you receive the quality of service and product you anticipated. They are busy, much like most other contracting firms these days. But once they commit, you know you'll get a product they will stand behind and something to just add value to your home and environment. We also had them do some tiling to our bathroom and then kitchen first. These were both smaller projects than the removal of the existing slate tile and installation of a new blue stone paver w/ astro-turf insets.
