Communication could have been better. Flaws with the final work.

Demo workers were on time, worked fast and did a great job.

DemoWorks completed both our bathrooms at record speed. They were very organized and let us know exactly when workmen were coming and were very neat and conscientious about making messes even with demolition. I would highly recommend them.

I hired Dominick to remodel 2 bathrooms and replace the hardwood floors, he started the work and does not complete things, most of the work that was done has been a complete disaster and does not see an importance to the work I need done, never follows thru, does not meet deadlines and is not honest, he did not manage his crew and that has been a real problem

Very honest and transparent group, and I m very happy with the work. They even went above and did extra things that needed addressing. I would hire them again.

DemoWorks was great to work with. These guys communicate really well. They are honest and hardworking. They work neatly and are conscientious about cleanliness. When they talk with you, you can tell they care.

We were very happy with DemoWorks. The price was fair, the work was good and the workers friendly. Initially, my husband and I hired DemoWorks to remove two small walls/doorframes and to drywall our front hall closet. This was no easy feat considering our house is 100 years old, has mostly plaster walls, and had an old exterior wall now acting as an interior wall in our home. We also wanted, what we thought were, two old, capped gas pipes removed from our living room wall. When Monfilio and Drake arrived to do our project, Monfilio immediately stated that he believed the gas pipes were actually old electrical boxes. At this point, we had several estimates from other companies on the cost of removing these gas pipes and, yet, Monfilio was literally the only person to suggest that he believed these capped pipes were actually electrical and when we opened up the wall, he was right too. Monfilio was always willing to offer advice and information about the construction of our house. You could tell he has a great passion for homes. There was a small misunderstanding and he was willing to fix it so that we were completely happy with the project. He even stayed late (unprompted) to make sure it was 100% complete before he left. Long-story short, we were so impressed with the work that they have done for us that we actually asked them to come back to remove a third doorframe, after our first project was completed. At this point, all of our projects have been completed and we are very happy with the results. It is also worth noting that all the employees that have worked with us on our projects have been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely be hiring them to help us with other projects around our old home.

Amazing experience with DemoWorkers. Monfilio and Drake were workhorses. They did in 2-1/2 days what would have taken me two months to do by myself. They took my goals and concerns into consideration and communicated with me every step of the way. They have the tools and the understanding of building systems to make it all look so easy. I was overwhelmed going into Monday morning but by Wednesday afternoon the work was done. It s Friday now and I still find myself standing in the space wondering how the two of them got it all done. My stress has evaporated and I am ready to get on with the construction. It was an unbelievably good experience to work with them. I have some follow up demolition coming up and I will definitely be hiring them again.
