Joe and team were great from beginning to end. This was a daunting project between cost and design but the Design Fence team helped me through it all. We were able to custom order a design that my wife and I liked and had it installed within the 8 weeks as promised. The work took 2 days with them starting it on a holiday and finishing early the second day. From beginning to end I would definitely recommend this team to anyone. Mike the salesman is knowledgeable and informative. Joe the supervisor was helpful and responded quickly for any issues. Jose the installer was easy to work with and took it easy on the yard. My only minor issues are the material, I had a PvC fence installed. The PvC isn’t the most durable for a 10’ wide driveway gate, the supplied wheels needed to be replaced within a week because they weren’t strong enough to handle the load from the doors. The lost caps are held in with minor amounts of glue, I guess for ease of replacement. The supplied hinges and latches aren’t best quality for amount of money spent, all cash, let’s see how long these will last me. The actual fence itself looks great, the install was great and quick work as done by only Jose and one other guy each day.
