Great service
Except for the guy that first set the appointment, who forgot about it. Everybody was very professional!
Terron was great ,efficient and quick. New bathroom lights were up in no time !!!
Sent inexperienced electrician who took 3.5 hours to do a simple job. Should not have taken so long and therefore should not have cost quite so much.
Thank you very much for your business and your feedback. We strive to ensure all customers are provided quality service at a reasonable and fair price. Below is a brief explanation for the length of time to complete this project. Please feel free to contact us with any additional comments or questions. When our electrician evaluated the existing conditions in the home, it was found that the previously replaced receptacles in the room (not by DiSabatino), had crossed the hot and the neutral wires, making the neutral wire energized in the switch box and therefore the switches were not functioning properly. As the scope of the project required the technician to first find and reverse the crossed wires, then replace the switches as originally requested. Also we were requested to complete additional work (install a GFCI and 2 lights) after we completed the originally contracted project.
