Ervin and his son were a pleasure to work with. Called back and gave me price. Showed up on time and did a great job. Also did some training with our dog and that was helpful.

Ervin responded to me very quickly and answered any questions I had. Prices were reasonable and we had the fence installed within days. Set up was quick and he helped to start the training with our dog. Wish I would have done this sooner. Our dog stays within the fence and itâ s so nice to be able to let him out whenever he likes and not have to worry about him running off. Ervin also followed up a few days later to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend Dog Guard of Central PA!

I highly recommend this company! We recently moved from a house in the woods to a neighborhood, and I knew our dog would be THE biggest adjustment. At our old house she had to be on a leash or run when she was outside or she would take off and never look back, we got the fence installed 2 days after we moved in and she has been a changed dog. She responded great right off the bat and now she doesnâ  t even attempt to go past the flags and itâ  s been about a week!! This fence has changed the way she reacts when a door is opened, we no longer have to hurry quick and shut the door in fear of her knocking us over to get out! Installation was quick and left no real visible damage to the lawn, he even was even able to use the crack at garage and sidewalk to make sure the entire house is safe. I am thoroughly impressed with how well thought out and executed this system is!!! Will be sure to let others know if you have a dog, even a super stubborn runner that this is the fencing system to use! So happy with the purchase, well worth the peace of mind!

As soon as we got our new puppy I knew I wanted an in-ground fence. I emailed for a quote and Ervin contacted me within 20 minutes! He google mapped my property and gave me an immediate quote. My husband and I decided right away we wanted to go with Ervin. Not only was her prompt and courteous he was almost half the price of the other guys! We were able to schedule with him the following week for install. He was phenomenal with both of our dogs! He took them around the property and then included me to show me how to finish their training. While our puppy got it pretty quick our older pup (who used to wander) did not seem too phased by it! She kept breaking through and With a phone call to Ervin he was out the next day with a new collar. Needless to say she was still getting through so another stop by Ervin and that did the trick! Now we have no worries at all and no break through a. They both know their boundaries and respect them! Ervin was always more than happy to come back out to get us fixed up! I will recommend Ervin at Dog Guard to EVERYONE I know that is looking into getting an underground fence. I am super happy with this purchase!

Even though we decided to go with another system Ervin was very responsive, patient and answered all our questions and concerns. Our decision was based on strictly another system that we felt was more suitable for our dog and situation.

Ervin always got back to us in a timely matter to answer questions or problem solve. Our dog had a sensitive skin reaction to the collar prongs. Ervin ordered titanium prongs which solved the problem. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend his product and his work
