Jimmy was very responsive and helped us identify issues with our roof. We had previously hired someone else to repair a leak, who misdiagnosed the problem. When we called the other contractor to say it was still leaking, he said that there was no guarantee on his work. Jimmy was the polar opposite. He surveyed the roof and determined the true cause of the leaks. He followed up with a text to ensure that everything was ok with the roof. We would definitely hire him again.
