Chris was efficient, competent, and professional on a Sunday evening.

Double R team - They came out, estimated job (replace pressure water tank/plumbing lines), gave start date (it was a Friday afternoon to inspect and they started job Monday). The job took about 8 hours to complete (1 1/2 days), quality work, quality part replacements, and great communications. The only thing to note that original estimate was based on approximate cost, but actual cost was a bit more. They did give an adjustment. I would highly recommend this company. Value for the money, the family business team are energetic; they are great knowing what they can do, and stand by their work. They try to stay within the budget but many times parts for specific needs can add up. We would use them again.

Chris was knowledgable, very willing to share his knowledge, friendly, not in a hurry, went way beyond what I expected, and to top it off, he didn't charge anything because he said it was just an inspection. He didn't actually do any repairs but he answered a lot of questions, physically inspected the well, measured its depth, and examined my holding tank. I will have him do some of the recommended repairs/ modifications.

I am impressed with Chris's knowledge of well construction and maintenance. He fixed my well and now I have continual use of water without worry that there will be another problem. He has my trust.

He really cares and wants to do it right or best way. Very nice younger man. Knows his stuff. He will be getting Calif papers soon to work there which we are waiting for.

Chris is a great guy. He showed up when he said he would. He did research about my well prior to coming. He had quite a few obstacles to overcome to get the pump up and running. I am already planning for a further system upgrade in the fall.
