I had been looking to remove the popcorn and replace with knockdown for the last few months. Gary Dowd was not the first contractor I had come to my house but he was the best qualified and came in at a very competitive price. Very timely, reliable , professional and communicative. I hired Gary from 1000 miles away. He handled renovations of our house (gut renovation of 2 bathrooms, popcorn ceiling removal, ripping out full house ceramic tile and installation of new flooring plus full house painting).I received photos throughout the process and frequent updates. Their crew moved our furniture from room to room and kept it protected. They even received new furniture delivery for me! It was done before my requested completion date and all for a very reasonable price!!! Definitely hire Gary!

Dowd Interiors is highly recommended! Gary and the team did a great job painting our 3-story townhome. Previously colored with tones that could have shown through if the job had not been done professionally, our walls are now freshly painted a decoratorà ¢à  à  s white, with the exception of a cool teal color used for a half bathroom. The job was finished on time and the finish is neat. Ià ¢à  à  m looking forward to using their services for other home decorating work.

  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
