Tim was timely and efficient and replaced deficient parts and got the garage door opener working more quietly and efficiently with the new parts.

So it has been almost 6 months since I had them convert my overhead openers to side mount units which was quite an undertaking. Leo was on time and professional, he even answered all my annoying questions about the product without looking anything up on his phone. Everything was removed, installed and configured within the time frame allotted. He even changed out the rollers which was an add on. Only one person came and I explained that the garage doors were not opening and closing properly. Sometimes we came home to find one or the other open or half open and the neighbors very concerned about our safety. He checked them and rechecked them, and could find no problem. I asked him to clean the tracks because it had been a long time since those tracks had had any maintenance. He did just that and we have had NO other problems since, I would definately recommend him to all my friends.
