Incredibly responsive, reliable, honest, and efficient company. I cannot go into all of the ways Pavel and his team helped us during a very financially difficult year compounded by a septic system failure. He is an honest, patient and kind person who will give you facts and thoughtful pragmatic recommendations. His crew was always on time, respectful of our property, kind to us and our very curious children. We will absolutely only work with them in the future for all of our septic system needs.

Instead of testing the connector to our septic control panel to see if it was bad, which it was. They charged me $1,500.00 to pump it when all that was needed was a new connector. They then provided me an estimate for unnecessary work they recommended for 9k. Please don't hire this company. They are dishonest and will take advantage of you.
