I am not paid by these guys but I cannot say enough good things about them. I got a bunch of bids for the significant work I wanted done, then found them through their reputation and asked them to match. They underbid the cheapest by $1000. They did all work on time, on schedule, and were amazingly responsive to any questions I had during the process. Jimmy treated my house as if it were his own, and ensured it was treated well, cleaned up every day, kept a positive relationship with my Super/ Coop Management and even looked out for me when an outside electrician was dragging his feet.

Very sloppy work. No follow up. I paid them when almost done and work was not finished properly. I had to do it myself.

The work was to install a new pan in a stall shower; remove existing tiles, install new water board walls around the base of the stall shower, rebuild the pan and replace with new tiles. Very pleasant to deal with, clean workmanship, hard working; they listened to what we had to say and took their time to complete a great job at a fair price. Very personable service; working with Jimmy is like having a relative in the business.

Jimmy and Amit were wonderful to work with. They were extremely thorough and their customer service is top notch. I was not present when the backsplash tile was being removed/replaced but when I met with Jimmy the following day he walked me through all the details of everything they did. As a bonus, they were able to get the work done within 48 hours of me hiring them. Would definitely use them again for another home improvement project and recommend them to others.

I asked Amit and Jimmy to renovate my bathroom, kitchen, reinstall wood floors, and repaint entire apt. This being my first apt renovation, they are easy to work with. Egnatia's staff are very professional and were on-time with the project. Amit and Jimmy are easily accessible and were even willing to go with me on multiple occasions to pick materials out from their suppliers. While not everything was perfect, which is to be expected, I think in all they did a good job to my satisfaction. Egnatia is definitely a good value for a licensed contractor in NYC.

From the beginning they were very professional and patient with our inquiries. They explained everything they were going to do in full detail and the prices stayed true to what they said things would cost. I even changed a few things on my original design and it was never an issue. They completely gutted my kitchen and did most of the major renovation work. These guys came on time every morning, and made sure to clean up at the end of the day. Through the whole process, they were always available for us and helped us solve any kind of problems we had with the apartment. Edit: Six months from the completion of the kitchen remodel, our floor tiles have loosened and two tiles have actually chipped from being lose. The kitchen itself is great but the floor tiles have become a problem and we are looking for a new contractor to make the correction.

Amit and Jimmy were very professional and friendly. The best is that they were very responsive to our questions, whether by phone or email. They replaced some walls and all the flooring in our apartment. They gave detailed estimates, worked with us and responded quickly when there were changes to the project, and finished the project on time and within the (reasonably priced) estimate they gave us. I would recommend them and I would use them again for future projects.
