    Flooring appears to be a great product & installers did an excellent job laying the floor. They could use a little help with the fitting of the quarter round so that corners are squared correctly, but all & all did good job. The price was more than would be considered average, but since they put it down in one day that helps make up for the price.

    They were prompt, quick & did an excellent job. We weren't thrilled with the color of the quarter round that was installed along the baseboard, but we can paint it. They could improve the quality of finishing the edges on the quarter round to fit. The floor itself is excellent. Thank you

    I chose 3 different floor coverings in several different rooms. I was initially scheduled for a one day installation two Saturdays ago. The work was to be completed by two separate contractors. When the installers showed up on the originally scheduled day, they did not have enough material to complete two of the jobs scheduled. My carpet installation was rescheduled for the following weekend; and then again for the next Monday. My laminate was supposed to be completed on the same Monday that the carpet was subsequently rescheduled. The laminate installer ended up rescheduling due to another install and was supposed to come out yesterday. Due to all of the scheduling hassles, we decided to cancel a portion of our initial resurfacing and may decide to have it done by someone else at a later time. It has been almost 2 weeks since the original install date and my floors are still not done. We are still waiting for our trim and transitions to be installed on our tile and laminate installs.

    They could not be trusted to come when they said they would. Promised many times but did not show up on time. I am still not convinced that I got what I was sold. I was told that the wood that was used was premium #1 oak but I see many flaws in the wood. I would be very careful with their salespersons next time.

    Pro: customer service adjusted the price to be more in line. Installers did an excellent job. Con/ installers left the house in a mess; left the outside a mess. Customer service refunded an amount for us to do the cleanup. We're still waiting for service to raise some doors to the new carpet level. Overall: a lot of hassles for what should have been a normal service.

    The installers broke my daughters tv stand and it has still not been repaired. They left a mess inside the house and also the front yard has huge piles of sawdust and we now have ruts in the front yard from their vans parking in the grass. Also, English is NOT their first language so there was a major language barrier. They also did not have the necessary supplies or skills to finish our wood flooring at the top of the stairs. It looks like a hack job. They also installed damaged and broken planks which we had to point out and have them remove and replace. Not top quality.
