    Customer service should work for the DMV. They were rude and I was mad so we didn't not have a friendly conversation. A good customer service person would not be defensive and escalate the problem. Problem solved but not by them.

    Everything was quick and easy. Some discrepancy on the overall cost, but its getting worked out. I'm sure there are cheaper places, but they made everything pretty easy for us.

    I'm not sure if they contract out with private contractors but the person who came to do my floors tried to get more money out of me after completing the job and already left. When I told him I would be adding to my card after verifying the change in price he never pursued getting the extra money from me again.

    Alex W. came to show me product and give me an estimate. He was so knowledgeable and did not try to hard sell me or pressure me. He introduced me to a new green, pet resistant product that sounds amazing! I placed my order today.

    Empire was able to do the install within my time requirement, even in light of the material issue we had. The roll of carpet sent had obvious fluctuations in color, so when seamed, there was a 2-3 shade difference. Empire was out the next day with a new roll and everything turned out great!

    Nice quality at a good price. Installation was quick, although they scraped and scuffed some walls that were newly painted. Easy touch-up, so not a big deal for me. For the money, I am very impressed.

      HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business.
    5. Sex Offender Search
      We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located.
    6. Bankruptcy Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
