I agreed to an expensive job that I needed to be done, but I did not expect that the overall cost would amount to $641/hour for their work in addition to their $69 travel fee to travel, in this case, ~6 miles. In fairness, the work was done well, and the technician was competent, but I WOULD NEVER call someone who quotes their fixed prices so unreasonably. I discussed this with the office manager who assured me that she would be happy to inquire and get back to me the next day. I am still waiting on that call. Apparently, new management has a considerably higher fixed price schedule than what many people - including myself - came to expect in previous interactions with the company. Caveat emptor.

Chris was great to work. Not real supportive of paying the cost for estimate as well as a Travel Service Charge.

Scheduling was quick and easy. The plumber, Dani, was on time, did a great job replacing the faucet and left the work area clean and tidy.

Danni was fabulous! Found the problems so quickly and made the necessary repairs in a timely matter. We were originally distressed because the initial appointment that we had did not happen due to other jobs putting the technician behind and not fitting in the window we had available on that day. But overall - wonderful experience!
