I was thoroughly impressed with the experience from beginning to end. They did what they said they were going to do for the price they quoted. They showed up on time and were very professional. I would recommend highly!
Great job on the ducts but their machine left spots on our carpet that wonâ t come out.

Essential Air cleaned my air ducts. They were very reasonably priced, on time, and followed up with photos of their work. Perfect!! Tim Knopp
They did the service, but the problem was still lingering, and they did not warranty their job. I called them to ask them for redoing specific areas of the house. They said that they could do it for a price that was high for me. We negotiate, but it was still too high for my budget (taking into account that they did not solve the situation the first time). I consulted with my realtor (after I negotiated with Tristan (the customer service person), and I went with another company under HOME ADVISOR list. I called him respectfully to cancel (6 days in advance), and he blatantly insulted me. He attacked me in a message and he literally said: **She is a piece of cr*p** with my name on it. I wanted to report this behavior and attack because we are in a free country, and there is the right to select a service that you can afford! I never insulted him, and he was increasingly violent even on the phone. They did a fair job the first time, but since they did not solve the problem, I think I am entitled to hire another company. For canceling with so many days in advance, a customer should not get insulted and attacked in this way. Especially with a vulgar text message.
