Good communication, showed when scheduled, cleaned up fairly well

We hired Essential home maintenance to repair our patio ceiling and garage ceiling that was falling down. We are very happy with the job that has been completed. The ceiling looks beautiful. They also removed and installed a ceiling fan. Dave kept us updated along the way and felt he was honest and tried to save us money where he could. He received many quotes for this project and felt this company gave the most fair price for work to be done. We will definitely use there services in the future for our home repair needs.

David does what he says he will do and it is quality work with no hassles. He did a new dishwasher installation for me, including cutting cabinetry to make room for the unit. It looks great and the price was fair and properly quoted the first time. He is professional and personable as well. You'll be happy to have him complete your project(s).

We hired David and Glenn to cut and install countertops and cover panels. Like all projects however the scope of the work increased. It did not matter what we threw at them, they had the tools and were very competent at any and all jobs. They were very professional and I would rate their skill level well above that of a handyman. We will definitely hire them again and I will be recommending them to all of my friends.

David and Glenn did my project...completely redoing my porch: cleaning, repairing, painting, rescreening, tiling the floor and installing a ceiling fan. They did great work and worked fast...they barely took a break. They were very professional and courteous and also cleaned up after the project, which some workers I've hired in the past have not.
