This is the second time I have used Exterior Specialists for repair work. Once again, their response to my request for repair was fast. Almost before I had I hung up the phone with the ServiceMagic representative I had a return call from L. Morelli to set up an estimate appointment for lthe evening of the same day. After a very fair estimate for a roof leak and siding rehang, the work was scheduled for the very next day! Now that's what I call service! I will definitely refer people to Exterior Specialists for needed repairs. I look forward to using these professionals again. SCE

I called another roofer first with 3 roofing issues. He could only fix one and stated the other two were "chimney" issues which later proved untrue. I found Exterior Specialists and their reviews through servicemagic and within 10 minutes of filling out the on-line form received a call. They came out same day at my convenience (they were ready to come immediately, but waited till I got off work). They not only could handle my known issues but also noticed one other vent needing replacement and some shingles missing. They came next day on Sat. because rain was expected that weekend. Prompt, Courteous, Reasonable and Knowledgeable.

They responded quickly and got the job done at what I consider a reasonable price. While it has not rained since they fixed the leak in the roof (so I can not tell if the leak has been fixed) they indicated they would come back if after the next rain the leak still exists.

In the end, we managed to get our builder to fix our leak. However, we were very impressed with the attention to detail that Exterior Specialists put into our quote. They definitely went the extra mile when determining exactly where the leak was originating from and what needed to be done to fix it.
