They took the time to explain the installation process in detail and were quick and efficient with the actual installation. When they were finished, the area was left clean and tidy. During the summer, we started a sump pump project but didnâ t complete it as we werenâ t satisfied with the quotes we got. Unfortunately â like many recently in the Bay Areaâ our basement flooded this week due to all the intense rainfall and the sump pump installation became a project to urgently complete. We reached out to a few businesses and Robert was the fastest to get back to us. He arrived the next day, devised a solution no previous contractor had suggested, thoroughly explained the process, and had the installation completed with a team of two that day. Robert even modified his initial plan upon our request to because he â wants to make sure weâ re happy with it in the endâ . Robert very much met that goal. Installing a sump pump might not be a project you expect great customer service with but it is what made Facilities Plumbing & Drain business stand out to us. Robert responded to my Angi's List request within an hour of placing my request. He was very prompt with his communication, arrived exactly when he said heâ d arrive. He drove all the way from Oakland to San Jose to buy a sump pump that I needed during the biggest storm of the year because every other store was sold out.. He finished the job when he could have easily postponed. I recommend This plumber hands down.

I had a leaky gas shut- off valve on the gas line to my fireplace . After getting a few estimates, where people were asking $90 for coming over and giving an estimate, I was fortunate to find Facilities Plumbing and talked to Robert, who agreed to come over and provide a free estimate. He arrived at the appointed time and put on shoe covers before entering the house. Since the valve is located behind the drywall, he explained that he would have to cut the drywall in order to access and look at the valve. He gave an estimate for this part. After cutting open the drywall, he tested the valve for the leak and showed me the leak. This valve is situated such that it would have taken a whole day to replace it and would have involved cutting more drywall and 4x2s. Robert suggested that he can try to fix the valve to which I gladly agreed. He did, and fixed the valve and made sure there was no more leak. The whole job took a little over an hour and I ended up saving lot of money and headache. In addition, the job is guaranteed for 4 years which is way more than industry average. I am so glad I found Facilities Plumbing. I would hire them for all my future plumbing work. Robert is very friendly, pleasant and competent plumber. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Robert arrived early and explained what he found quite clearly. He offered me options and was prepared when the cause for my flooded basement proved more complicated than I thought. Iâ m so happy to have found a personable and skilled plumber in the midst of storm season. I will use them any time I have plumbing issues.

It was after business hours when I call regarding a drain issue. The owner of the company came out himself to fix the problem. Upon arrival the issue was assessed and the fix was done efficiently and quick. This was incredible customer service considering the times we are in meaning the pandemic. Pricing was fair and I would recommend their services.
